Performing Distribution line modelling, analysis and design, Structural analysis and design of line poles in O-Calc, Spida-Calc and other tools.
Prepare drawings, designs, and reports to be carried out in accordance with relevant codes of practice, standards, regulatory authorities, and clients' requirements. All under a suitable level of Supervision from a Senior Engineer.
Ensure that all duties are carried out according to the company's Quality Systems.
Provide specialist knowledge input and keep up to date with the latest developments in particular fields.
Analyzing drawings and make proposals.
Carry out appropriate reviews of submissions and provide review reports.
Participate in technical meetings with clients.

Candidates who have completed CAD course will have an added advantage.
Candidates are required to have consistently secured a minimum of 60% marks in all examinations throughout their academic career or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination without an active backlog from a reputed university/institute in India
Ability and willingness to travel as needed within the continental U.S. to support assignments on
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible
Prior internship at transmission/distribution is preferred
Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead engineer
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical engineering.
Candidates should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only
Proficient in the English language
Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients
Computer software knowledge in MS-office, Auto-Cad, MicroStation, Analysis software/ tools, Google Earth, Arc-GIS, Civil-3D
