Assist in building test setups and other projects.
Complete job assignments to meet testing schedules.
Perform activities such as wiring, operating recovery/vacuum machines and recharging refrigeration systems, adjusting charge on running refrigeration systems, brazing, and assembly as required.
Maintain safe and productive work environment.
Assist in testing units to verify they meet engineering specifications.
Coordinate activities with employees and members of other departments to ensure high quality and timely delivery of unit.
Verify units are built correctly to work order and engineering specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair defects in test units to complete testing.
Coordinates area activities with testing Engineers and technicians. Responsible for completing a higher level of formal training as needed.

Up to 40 hours per week availability, not to exceed 480 hours total for the year.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requires frequent visits to manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
The individual will have a minimum of 0-5 year industry experience or equivalent experience or education in a similar industry.
An individual in this job must be enrolling in or have previously had Vocational/Technical Training or had HVAC experience to meet entry-level requirements.
Lift up to 50 lbs., climbing, stooping, sitting or standing for prolonged periods.
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers to achieve department and company goals.
