Contract Recruitment Sourcer

Description

The sourcer will be responsible for building and maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified hourly candidates across multiple locations, using various sourcing channels and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers. They must manage a high volume of applicants while ensuring a positive candidate experience and tracking sourcing metrics.

• Source and identify qualified candidates for high-volume non-exempt hourly positions across multiple locations.
• Use job boards, ATS, social media, referrals, and community outreach to attract talent.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and manage high candidate flow.
• Ensure a positive, responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and other volume-recruiting initiatives.

Requirements

Qualified candidates need 3–5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience focused on high-volume or hourly roles, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools, and the ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring deadlines. Physical demands are primarily sedentary with occasional light to medium lifting and movement.
