Over the course of the internship, you will create a capstone presentation that you will present to the executive team along with the other interns in your cohort
You will shadow an Asset Manager during weekly and bi-weekly Leasing & Strategy calls with On-Site leasing teams
You will shop competitors to gather data that informs leasing & strategy decisions
You will tour Prometheus-owned properties collaborating with On-Site teams to collect data used in leasing and strategy decisions
You will shadow an Asset Manager during daily pricing and rate acceptance to understand inputs as they relate to leasing & strategy planning
You will assist in benchmarking portfolio performance, calculating ROIs for future and existing repositioning efforts
You will assist with scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly data gathering as it relates to acquisition and development underwriting efforts for current and prospective projects
You will assist with coordinating and procuring due diligence requests as the relate to lender requirements, third party consultants, and acquisition and development underwriting efforts
You will assist in ad hoc modeling to support decision-making and strategy development
You will assist with scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly report preparation as they relate to our asset management platform

You are a current student and are interested in learning more about real estate asset management
Must have strong analytical skills, be detail oriented, and adept at working with and analyzing data
Currently enrolled in an accredited university with a sophomore, junior or senior standing
You’re a self-starter, resourceful, and can prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
Passionate for the Real Estate industry and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
You’re curious, analytical, and enjoy working with data to make measurable impact on the operational and financial performance of a tangible asset class
