What you would be doing

Assist in performance management cycles, feedback collection, and data consolidation.

Create and maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.

Support internal communication and recognition programs.

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).

Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with organizational needs.

Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Support HR analytics and reporting for leadership reviews.

Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and F&F settlements with finance.

Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.

Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform.

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing organization.

Experience using HR tools or Excel-based HR dashboards preferred.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong ethics and confidentiality

Startup DNA → bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, love for fast iteration, and flexible and growth mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Energy, empathy, and initiative — along with the ability to balance people needs and business goals in a rapidly scaling startup.

Good understanding of HR technology tools and MS Excel.

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll basics is a must.
