Requirements

Roers Companies is hiring a Property Manager for its Virata community in Maricopa, AZ, seeking an energetic and dedicated professional to join the team.

• Minimum 2 years affordable property management, leasing, or sales experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Yardi and RENTCafé preferred.
• Local market experience preferred.
• Availability to work every other weekend and Saturdays during peak season.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, email, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with diverse people.
• Marketing and leasing experience for new development preferred.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, with good time‑management skills.
• High integrity, trustworthy, and able to admit mistakes.
• Ability to perform physical duties such as walking the property, climbing up to 4 flights of stairs, and driving for outreach.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
