- Maintains production rate consistency; meet or exceed established minimum production rates. Works effectively on different projects simultaneously.
- Retrieves order files and operates post-digital output, including imaging and laminating equipment, as well as fiber laser. Ensures correct settings and material placement, including loading of material for proper feeding, and setting proper temperature, pressure, speed, etc.
- Arranges for and/or completes delivery of finished products to on-site customers.
- Finishes the products following printing, lamination and/or cutting. Cleans materials and p roofreads products and conducts quality assurance to ensure the production of high quality, accurate products to meet customer specification standards.
- Prepares product for delivery to ensure early or on-time delivery to the on-site customers.
- Gains technical understanding of how each material and product are produced, and how to manufacture each item.
- Complies with relevant occupational health and safety requirements.
- Keeps the production area neat, clean and organized.
- Performs routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
- Provides excellent customer service by communicating with customer to ensure all commitments and obligations are met/exceeded throughout the project/order and provides ongoing support as needed to ensure the needs are met.

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator a plus.
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritize and work independently at a fast pace with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.
- High attention to detail; a good eye for color and design is necessary.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing, construction or related experience.
- Technical skills related to basic equipment maintenance required.
- Proficient with computers, especially in Microsoft Office Programs.
