Manage and lead transportation infrastructure design projects focusing on roadway/highway/bikeway and other facilities
Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with Operation Leaders, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers across the firm

Proficient in MS Office
Prior proposal development and client relationship management experience is desirable. Relationships with ODOT or local agencies a plus
PE registration in the State of Oregon, or ability to be registered with reciprocity
Experience with Bentley OpenRoads/Civil 3D a plus
10+ years of related roadway design and project management experience. Knowledge of ODOT design standards is a plus.
Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil or transportation engineering program
Great communication and team leadership skills
Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools·
Experience leading design tasks or serving as roadway design lead.
