As a Community Manager, you will lead the property team, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations while driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic leasing initiatives.
- Manage team, conduct employee evaluations, interview, hire, orient, and train staff
- Implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet revenue goals
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting
- Oversee invoicing, lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, and collections
- Maintain property safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and coordinate maintenance requests
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships
- Resolve resident and customer complaints promptly
- Monitor market and economic trends to recommend property improvements
- Conduct client/owner property tours and provide performance updates
