Develops, owns, and operates hotels, resorts, and residential properties across various markets.
The role involves installing, configuring, arranging, operating, diagnosing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment such as laptops, desktops, point‑of‑sale systems, microphones, video recorders, projectors, lighting, sound systems and other property assets. The technician also trains assigned personnel on simple equipment operation and helps determine IT needs, implementing business applications to meet demand.
Key duties include troubleshooting hotel guest‑facing systems (PMS, POS), working with vendors on new hardware and software, managing the IT ticketing process, analyzing support data for best‑practice solutions, and assisting with AV setups and maintenance. Additional responsibilities cover receiving, configuring, and supporting computer hardware and peripherals, assisting the Network Administrator with network and OS upgrades, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Required skills include strong knowledge of computer systems, security, networking, databases, phone systems, project management, and familiarity with hotel guest‑facing technologies such as PMS and POS.
