What you would be doing

instrument index

instrumentation drawings

control system vendor

vendor quotation evaluation

instrument drawings check

liaising with disciplines

Preparation of Instrument Index and I/O list
Guide the designers for the preparation of Instrumentation drawings
Preparation of control system vendor scope for modification and upgrade
Evaluation of vendor quotation and preparation of technical bid evaluation and recommend for PO.
Prepare and Check all Instrument drawings / documents and ensure that the quality of design and drawings produced for enquiry and fabrication purposes is of satisfactory standard
Preparation of Instrumentation data sheet for all type of field instruments, Control valves and actuated on-off valves
Preparation of Material Requisition, Supplier document list
Review of Post order supplier documents and distribute to relevant disciplines to get the IDC and collate and return to supplier and approve the documents on time
Liaising with Process, Piping, Structural , electrical and THSE for the required input

Sizing and Selection of suitable instruments based on application requirement. Knowledge on various type of instruments and their application limitation
Experience in detailed engineering of offshore brownfield projects
Should Poses good communication and Interpersonal Skill
Bachelor’s Degree in Control and Instrumentation
Experience in SPI, AVEVA Instrumentation, Smart plant review, ConVAL, Instrucal
The incumbent should have a sound knowledge of International Codes & Standards and General I&C Engineering.
8+ Years experience in EPC / FEED projects for Oil and Gas Industry.
