Join a dynamic team driving the green energy transition as a Goods‑In Supervisor, responsible for managing the receipt, accounting, and secure storage of materials that support renewable energy projects.
In this fast‑paced role you will oversee material handling, ensure inventory accuracy through FIFO principles, lead and develop a logistics team, and drive continuous improvement and risk assessment within the storage area.
- Supervise unloading, receiving, and secure storage of materials; document goods in SAP within 24 hours.
- Apply FIFO principles and maintain cycle counts and stock checks to meet KPI targets.
- Train, coach, and develop logistics team members to keep skills current.
- Lead process reviews, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in storage operations.
- Ensure timely line‑side feeds for production, manage consumable replenishments, and support outbound shipments.
- Maintain compliance with EHS policies and promote safe working practices in storage and delivery areas.
- Track, analyze, and report KPI data to propose operational improvements.

The position requires proven leadership in logistics or warehouse environments, strong expertise in SAP ERP and lean manufacturing practices, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a firm commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.

- Proficiency with SAP ERP and lean manufacturing methods such as Kanban and flow/pull techniques.
