As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll be an integral part of our design team, working on a diverse range of projects across workplace design, commercial buildings and education/health. You’ll collaborate with architects, strategists, and other designers to create thoughtful and innovative interior environments that enhance how people live, work, and connect.

This role plays a critical role in both leading design outcomes and driving delivery across large-scale, often complex projects workplace projects for clients across many sectors.

  • Oversee/participate in documentation, ensuring high-quality detailing and technical accuracy.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices to inform innovative solutions.
  • Lead the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to coordinate design intent and project delivery.
  • Develop and present compelling design concepts, material palettes, and spatial strategies.

  • Several years' experience gained as a senior interior designer with a leading design firm, with a strong portfolio of completed workplace projects.
  • Ability to lead and inspire design teams, with strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.
  • Able to work effectively across multiple disciplines, teams, and geographies.
  • Strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail.
  • You have a strong focus on design quality, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confident in presenting ideas, collaborating with teams, and engaging with clients.
  • Experience working with clients across commercial sectors across the UK and EMEA markets is a strong preference.
  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to project challenges.
  • Project Management experience in coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines effectively.
