- Collaborate with sales teams and customers to ensure satisfaction with testing results.
- Collect and test waste material samples using a tabletop centrifuge in a laboratory setting.
- Measure and record the characteristics of separated solids and liquids, such as waste thickness and water clarity.
- Compile test results into detailed reports and communicate findings to customers.
- Conduct pilot tests at customer sites using mobile centrifuge units.
- Adjust centrifuge speed and add polymers as needed to optimize the separation process.

- Proven experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Agricultural/Biological Systems, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Travel 50-75% of the time within the U.S. to perform on-site testing.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel a minimum of 50%.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
- Recent graduates will be considered for training opportunities.
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
- Flexibility with work hours, with the possibility of compensatory days off following extensive travel or consecutive workdays.
