Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation (includes nights/weekends—generous call pay provided)
Maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of the property’s physical assets and grounds
Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
Collaborate with the Community Manager and other team members to provide excellent resident service
Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (unit turns), including painting, repairs, and cleaning
Complete work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements

Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)
Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
2+ year of experience in apartment or residential maintenance preferred
HVAC certification is a plus
Available for night and weekend on-call duty
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Strong communication skills and a commitment to professionalism and customer service
