Report key project metrics using Power BI dashboards and other project controls reporting techniques
Report project status to Schedule Manager and project team on a regular basis including, but not limited to
Establish goals, plan tasks and meet objectives.
Assist in Preparation of historical data to help create more meaningful information that can be used for project acceleration
Assist Schedule Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6
Visit project sites as needed.
Gather project status information from project teams and update project schedule
Handle constructive criticism from peers and mentors and steer it towards professional and personal growth.
Review contractual specifications, drawings & estimates to identify major scope of work, project timelines, resource requirements and sequencing including associated constraints.
Status of critical submittals, long lead procurement items on assigned projects

For fresh graduates, coursework knowledge in scheduling, estimation, engineering design and Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred.
Ability to be approved by agencies/owners as required
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities using creative yet practical approach.
0-2 years of industry experience including internships and capstone projects. For candidates with experience, MTA project experience is preferable.
Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Oracle Primavera, MS Project is preferable.
Relevant work experience
Interpersonal skills demonstrating a consistent commitment and ability to work with diverse work groups and individuals.
Fundamental engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related construction disciplines.
Power BI and Computational languages are highly desirable.
4-year undergraduate degree in construction or any engineering field with preferred coursework knowledge (or equivalent industry experience).
