SUMMARY: Manages laboratory resources to ensure safe, regulatory compliance and expeditious processing of technical information and analysis in support of site objectives. Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in performing chemical and physical tests required for quality control of processes and regulatory compliance.
The role requires extensive knowledge of chemistry principles, quality management standards such as ISO and NELAC, and complex environmental waste regulations. The employee must also understand industrial safety practices, hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal operations, and possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Pay range for this position is $99,800.00 to $137,300.00, dependent on locality. A bonus plan provides an annual incentive target of 10% of base compensation for eligible employees.
