The Associate Project Controls Consultant is responsible for managing project and programme controls, delivering accurate budget and forecast information, and providing clear insight into project status for clients. This role supports all aspects of business and project delivery within AECOM’s Integrated Programme Controls team.
Successful candidates will apply PMO best‑practice in a consulting environment, utilizing AECOM’s cornerstone systems to analyze financial data, create baseline budgets, monitor earned value, and assess cost variances. They will also collaborate with junior staff, track action items, and ensure alignment of subcontractor funding with work authorizations.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree or a recognized project‑controls qualification, together with proven experience in cost control or planning & scheduling on multi‑discipline infrastructure projects. Candidates must be proficient in Earned Value Management, Primavera P6 or MS Project, PowerBI, and possess strong people‑management and facilitation skills.
