The ideal candidate is a dynamic and highly effective construction Director, VP or SVP with a proven track record managing the entire construction life cycle of multiple complex construction projects that include high rise residential, commercial and/or industrial. Armed with strong end-to-end construction management expertise gained as a GC or in-house, the preferred candidate will be a positive, empowering leader with the ability to both inspire staff and hold them to high account. The ability to foster innovation and identify value-added opportunities through all phases of a project is a key requirement for this role.
