Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
Maintain strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with fluency in financial statement preparation and disclosure.
Experience preparing audit-level financials (either in-house or from a public accounting background)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to translate complex data into executive-ready narratives
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with financial modeling and visualization tools is a plus
