

InCharge Energy provides EV charging infrastructure and energy management solutions.
The technician will diagnose and repair EV charging infrastructure using advanced tools, maintain meticulous service records, and coordinate with third‑party vendors to ensure flawless project execution. Responsibilities also include meeting project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction while proactively offering additional services and generating warm sales leads.
The role involves physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, kneeling, and working in extreme temperatures or confined spaces, as well as operating a vehicle for extended periods and occasional domestic travel.
Candidates must have at least two years of hands‑on experience in electrical or EV work, an associate degree or relevant certification, and preferably a journeyman’s license. Strong knowledge of EV charging systems, troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, a self‑starter attitude, and a clean driver’s license with the ability to travel 75 % of the time are required.
Applicants must provide and maintain their own basic hand tools, be flexible to work occasional overtime, and adhere to company vehicle and safety policies while maintaining a clean driving record.
Compensation is an hourly rate of $35–$38 USD, complemented by yearly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision coverage, cell‑phone reimbursement, generous vacation, office meals and snacks, and regular team‑building activities.
