Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Prepare specialized engineering studies or reports as required for specific bid items or project conditions.

2 - 5 years of estimating experience in the heavy civil construction industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Undergraduate degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Experience with Hard Dollar Estimating Software, LEED AP distinction, and BIM experience is a plus.
Regular, reliable attendance
Must be detail-oriented and technically proficient with effective communication skills.
A strong work ethic is essential.
Proficient in using computers and experienced with Microsoft Office, On Screen Takeoff, Hard Dollar, Timberline, MC2, or other estimating software programs.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
