- Engage confidently with senior clients, regulators and global stakeholders to communicate the project vision and secure alignment.
- Own project delivery, schedule, risk and budget, ensuring outcomes consistently exceed client expectations.
- Incorporate strategic industrial development knowledge into planning, especially for Heavy Industries, Advanced Technology sectors and Light Industries, ensuring alignment with market trends and policy direction.
- Undertake international travel (Southeast Asia, China, South Asia, Middle East, etc.) for workshops and on‑site working.
- Mentor junior planners and direct multidisciplinary teams (including external consultants).
- Integrate net‑zero strategies and measurable KPIs by collaborating closely with carbon‑management and industry‑analysis teams. Leverage GIS, digital twins and AI‑enabled modelling to build scenarios and produce data‑rich visualisations.Translate complex technical insights into high‑impact reports and executive‑level presentations decks.
- Lead the vision, master plan and spatial design of industrial parks and mixed‑use precincts undergoing industrial and energy transition (new‑economy functions, renewable integration, circular economy, hydrogen, CCUS, etc.).

- Proficiency in advanced spatial and visualisation platforms (ArcGIS/QGIS, digital‑twin and AI analytics) is a strong plus.
- Strategic, innovative mindset with a passion for building sustainable industrial ecosystems.
- Solid knowledge of industrial strategy, with expertise in the development trends of Heavy Industries, Advanced Technology sectors, and Light Industries.
- Deep understanding of global energy‑transition trends, carbon accounting methods and park‑scale renewable integration.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and brief senior executives and government authorities.
- 8 + years of industrial / large‑scale spatial or industrial‑planning experience, with exposure to energy‑transition or industrial‑regeneration projects.
