Own the strategic direction and roadmap for Tunnel products, aligning with the overall VWS business and growth objectives.
Monitor and analyze product cost, quality, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities to maintain VWS’s market leadership in tunnel wash solutions.
Work closely with Service and Support teams to address product performance and customer feedback.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
Build business cases for new products and features, balancing innovation, manufacturability, and cost performance.
Translate customer and market insights into compelling value propositions and winning product strategies.
Manage the full lifecycle — from concept, development, and launch to end-of-life decisions.
Support annual planning, budgeting, and portfolio prioritization processes.
Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure successful product execution, launch readiness, and production scalability.
Collaborate across the portfolio to deliver integrated, one-stop customer solutions.

Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve challenging problems; able to translate data and insight into strategy and execution.

Own product performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and market share.
7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial/technical roles — preferably in industrial equipment, automation, or capital goods.
Purpose-driven with the ability to motivate and excite others; strives for continuous improvement with a bias toward action.
Excellent people skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in product planning and lifecycle management, including roadmap development, prioritization, and execution through advanced project management and collaboration tools.
Proven success leading complex hardware-based products from concept to commercialization.
