Maintain and update process documentation to reflect current practices and changes.
Actively engage with stakeholders across the business, providing insights and facilitating change management activities.
Write and maintain clear, concise Standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams, user stories and business requirements documents (BRDs).
Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership, clearly articulating business cases and change roadmaps.
Communicate changes and enhancements in business requirements to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Utilize Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement techniques to reduce cycle times, cut costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
Lead by example with high integrity, creating a culture of high performance and accountability.
Review and validate test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, digitalization, and automation (including RPA).
Research and analyze existing business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities.

Min 8 years of relevant experience in planning/designing process improvements and automation, including quantitative description of benefits/KPIs.
Knowledge in SQL and PowerBI or other BI tools is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with success in working in a fast-paced environment with data ambiguity.
Knowing how to use formulas in Excel is required. VBA macro skills are required.
Experience of working in Business Process Analysis/ Business Process Management projects in Supply chain Sourcing domain with strong in concepts such as process waste, lean background, general processes
Experience in process improvements tools (lean, Six Sigma, BPM.Etc..).
Proven track record of capturing and analyzing large amounts of data at a macro and micro level.
Consistent interactive teamwork
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) – preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP Systems (preferably NetSuite), Data visualizing tools (i.e., PowerBI and/or other data visualization tools
