- Ensure Hawker bins, carrying trays and bags are clean and ready for use, adhere to health and safety standards.
- Follow the event pre-shift notes and provide service as described, check out with supervisor at the end of the shift.
- Serve alcohol only in a safe and responsible manner adhering to state, federal and Stadium alcohol regulations.
- Record any equipment failures and/or safety hazards to supervisor.
- Greet fans in a courteous manner while providing friendly and efficient service.
- Count and keep track of all inventory and help properly secure and organize product at end of shift.

- Must be able to work the full length of each Stadium event as assigned
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights and late hours
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to lift, carry 25+lbs, bend, pull, reach, and push. May be required to reach upper levels of the stadium via walking inclined ramps
