The position involves completing fence repairs, warranty work, and installations, as well as handling associated administrative tasks, while maintaining vehicle upkeep and interacting professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Develop expertise in product, technical, industry, and process knowledge.
- Provide feedback to training for future warranty issue reduction.
- Schedule and complete weekly fence repairs and warranty jobs with minimal assistance.
- Assist with additional training sessions as needed.
- Review daily tasks with the Field Operations Leader.
- Perform repairs and warranties to reduce backlog.
- Help with vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Resolve customer concerns by scheduling warranties/repairs.
- Interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Adhere to and enforce safety regulations.

Candidates must hold a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record, pass background and drug checks, have reliable transportation, and possess at least two years of experience in supervising, building/repairing wood, vinyl, or aluminum fencing, and fence installation. Additional skills include strong communication, basic computer proficiency, plan reading, problem‑solving, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Hold a valid Florida driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Pass background and drug screening checks.
- Have reliable personal transportation.
- Possess at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Experience building and repairing wood, vinyl, and aluminum fencing.
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and software proficiency.
- Ability to read plans, follow instructions, and solve problems.
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit a positive work attitude and respectful behavior.
