  • Oversee project deliverables for contract execution.

  • Recruit, retain, train, develop, and mentor department staff.
  • Assign work and review performance to ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
  • Responsible for overseeing startup quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • Complies with all policies and standards
  • Direct the planning, preparation and implementation of startup projects and major milestones with clients and vendors.

  • Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
  • Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Power & Controls or a relevant field of study and 8 years of experience managing Power or Industrial Plant Startup Commissioning activities in the field. Required or
  • Must be proficient in the use of basic computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated project management skills and a strategic perspective.
  • OSHA 10-hour certification Ability to obtain
  • Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Power & Controls or a relevant field of study. and 10 years of experience managing Power or Industrial Plant Startup Commissioning activities in the field. Required or
