- Oversee project deliverables for contract execution.

- Assign work and review performance to ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff.
- Responsible for overseeing startup quality assurance and quality control activities.

- Direct the planning, preparation and implementation of startup projects and major milestones with clients and vendors.

- Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
- Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Power & Controls or a relevant field of study and 8 years of experience managing Power or Industrial Plant Startup Commissioning activities in the field. Required or
- Must be proficient in the use of basic computer software (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated project management skills and a strategic perspective.
- OSHA 10-hour certification Ability to obtain
- Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Power & Controls or a relevant field of study. and 10 years of experience managing Power or Industrial Plant Startup Commissioning activities in the field. Required or
