Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, IT, administration, environmental performance and productivity.
Work with branch teams to maintain exceptional levels of customer service, correcting any service breaches quickly and effectively.
Build influential relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of current and future projects.
Review and influence the commercial performance of contract branches to ensure targets are met and corrective actions implemented when needed.
Ensure resource is deployed flexibly to match the needs and scale of key customer programmes.
Influence strategies that support long term business growth
Identify and develop further sales opportunities with customers, introducing new projects, products and solutions where appropriate.
Lead a large, evolving team central to our customer proposition
Lead, motivate and develop a team of surveyors, estimators and administrators supporting multimillion pound contract delivery.
Work closely with senior leaders, branch networks and major national clients
Ensure all contracts are delivered with outstanding service, meeting KPI, sales, profit and operational targets.
