- Industry knowledge in rental or related construction field; at least three years maintenance/service experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Adaptable to fast‑paced growth; quick learner of new EquipmentShare products and services
- Team‑oriented, competitive mindset; construction industry background preferred
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
- High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
- Experience leading maintenance teams
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Able to move, stand, stoop, bend freely and lift up to 50 lb occasionally
- Position is safety‑sensitive; employment contingent on passing a 10‑panel drug screen
