Assists in planning and developing engineering projects and the coordination of project concepts
Responsible for all common PM duties - scoping and negotiating fees, CPM scheduling, budget tracking, monitoring QC comments and client review comments
Main contact between KCA and client and subconsultants
Oversee the coordination work between various disciplines and subconsultants completing work on the project
Provide assistance with coordinating and resolving technical issues which need the clients’ input and decision making
Assists with marketing efforts - project identification, client visits, proposals, and presentations

Strong foundation in highway design principles and concepts
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EI required (PE is a plus)
