- Effectuer des patrouilles à bord des trains et sur l’ensemble de l’emprise du REM, majoritairement à pied ou en véhicule;
- Contribuer aux différents processus judiciaires, notamment par le témoignage à la cour.
- Minimum de 2 années d’expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la sécurité ou dans un domaine connexe. (Intervention sociale, service d’urgence, application de la loi, etc.);
- Habiletés de communication (français + anglais) – Oral et écrit.*
- Posséder un permis de conduire classe 4A valide (Atout);
- Expérience pertinente en interaction directe avec la clientèle;
- Posséder un permis de conduire classe 5 valide et sans restriction (pas un permis apprenti, ni un probatoire);
- Formation à l’École nationale de police du Québec (ENQP) (Atout);
- Minimum de 2 années d’expérience en application des lois et règlements ou émission de constats d’infraction (Atout);
- Contribuer activement aux interventions lors de situations d’urgence, lors de déploiements du plan de mesures d’urgence (PMU) ou lors d’événements particuliers. L’agent pourrait être appelé à la conduite manuelle du train;
- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou attestation d’étude collégiale (AEC) dans un domaine pertinent (Souhaité).
- Posséder un bon dossier de conduite, notamment ne pas avoir reçu d’avis écrit en raison du nombre de points d’inaptitudes accumulés;
