Lead and develop the site FM team - Provide leadership, mentoring, training opportunities, and identify staffing needs while fostering teamwork
Manage all site contracts effectively - Ensure contractors deliver required services at correct costs while implementing regional/global sourcing strategies
Support business development - Collaborate with other JLL business lines, network with client organizations, and support new business opportunities and bidding processes
Provide comprehensive reporting - Deliver required monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports while keeping Account Management informed of critical incidents
Manage stakeholder relationships - Maintain sound relationships with third-party tenants, property owners, and understand all lease/license impacts
Ensure health and safety compliance - Meet all legal and client H&S regulations while ensuring JLL staff work in full compliance
Drive continuous improvement - Work with clients and managers to develop new processes that improve service delivery and reduce costs
Achieve performance targets and KPIs - Report critical measurements, complete audits and CSAs, and ensure compliance with Master Agreement schedules
Maintain financial accountability - Meet all financial targets, control requirements, and deliver savings within or above specified targets

Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to lead teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders

Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility, Property, or related field, preferably with Government or Corporate Sector clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong overall computer skills
