The Compliance Administrative Assistant will support Sentral’s legal department remotely in the United States, reporting to the Corporate Counsel. This role is ideal for candidates who exhibit a can‑do attitude, growth mindset, and entrepreneurial drive, can learn quickly, support business‑plan execution, and take on increasing responsibility in a high‑growth environment.
- Provide administrative support to Sentral's attorneys.
- Assist with regulatory compliance for short‑term and long‑term rental operations, including licensing.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements.
- Manage and administer Sentral's contract portfolio, scaling support for rapid growth.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to achieve goals and close projects.
- Complete regulatory and compliance projects on schedule, ensuring outcomes are achieved.
- Work in indoor and outdoor spaces, with or without covering.
- Move throughout property for extended periods.
- Transport boxes or equipment up to 20 lb.
- Observe details on screens and surrounding areas.
