Requirements

• Montions controls system, such as:
• Ability to apply Control Systems engineering principles, techniques, procedures in relation to the maintenance and design of electrical and control systems, including but not limited to:
• Siemens TIA Portal
• A relevant degree/qualification in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training or professional accreditation.
• Expert knowledge in the design and development of Machine Safety controls.
• Experience in Control Systems Engineering
• Siemens S7 Protocols
• Pilz Safety, PLC and all other safety devices
• Knowledge and skills in the practical application of electrical and control system technologies found in automated manufacturing environments.
• Industry recognised accreditation in Machine Safety Engineering
• Advanced project management skills including the ability to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate engineering designs and process projects.
• Expert knowledge in the design and development of PLC & SCADA controls.
• SEW movitrac
• Ability to apply Machine Safety Systems engineering principles, techniques, procedures in relation to the maintenance and design of electrical and control systems, including but not limited to:
• Ability to establish work plans, monitor progress and complete work tasks on time and on budget.
