- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively and establish a relationship built on trust with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
- Project experience should include projects of values greater than $10 million. Conceptual to construction documents.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of the construction disciplines, including but not limited to: concrete, masonry, steel, wood frame, MEP systems, and interior/exterior finishes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of all phases of design and construction.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in various construction types and systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiating skills.
- Experience with computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff or similar), BIM tools, (Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, or similar), project management software (CMiC, Vista, ProjectSight, Procore, or similar), and scheduling software (MS Project, Astra, or similar).
- Highly organized, efficient, detail oriented and accurate.
