

Victaulic is a leading global provider of pipe joining and fire protection solutions.
In this role you will communicate with customers by phone and e‑mail, enter orders, and assist with stock checks, pricing requests and general inquiries using AS400 and web‑based applications. You will support the outside sales team and coordinate with supply‑chain and distribution partners. The position requires working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
The customer care representative processes orders, responds promptly to internal and external inquiries, expedites and sources products to meet customer requirements, delivers exceptional service in a high‑velocity setting, and collaborates with internal departments to fulfill customer needs. These activities ensure timely fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in customer‑relations and excels in both verbal and written communication. They can meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively while demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities and professionalism. A university degree or college diploma, familiarity with MS Office, and a collaborative yet independent work style are preferred.
