Strong communication and leadership skills – able to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with design teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule.
Proficiency in lateral and gravity system design across a range of building types.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license a plus.
6–10+ years of structural engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a project management capacity.
Hands-on experience with steel, concrete, and wood design systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited).
