We are seeking a Planning Manager – Data Center Development Construction Project in Navi Mumbai, India. The role will oversee planning and scheduling for a complex data‑center project, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
The manager will develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry‑standard software, coordinate with stakeholders to gather schedule information, monitor progress and identify delays, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions, and present regular progress reports to management and clients. Additional duties include resource allocation, risk‑mitigation strategy development, adherence to contractual milestones, supporting change‑management impacts, and mentoring junior planning staff.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a postgraduate qualification in construction management, with 3‑5 years of construction planning experience on large‑scale projects, preferably mixed‑use developments. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, strong knowledge of construction methodologies, analytical problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Familiarity with Mumbai building codes and fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi a plus) are required.
A master’s degree in construction management, PMP or equivalent certification, experience on international projects or with multinational teams, and knowledge of Lean Construction principles are preferred.
