Alpha Inc. is seeking a full-time, exempt Recruiter based in Maui, Hawaiʻi, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The position offers a base salary of $75,000‑$90,000, commensurate with experience, and falls within the Human Resources department. The role is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven position that will shape Alpha’s future by hiring talent to build Hawaiʻi’s infrastructure, energy systems, and communities.
