The Business Development Manager (Industrial Gases) will join the UK Industrial Gases Commercial Team and be responsible for proactive, profitable sales of packaged gases, CryoEase installations and differentiated equipment/engineering solutions within the South‑West region of England. The role requires solid knowledge of end‑user markets, particularly metal fabrication, food and leisure, and involves supporting new‑customer onboarding and hand‑over to account management.
Growth will be driven by self‑generated prospecting, existing‑customer referrals and marketing campaigns, as well as by developing and coaching the regional retail network of sales centres and agents together with the Retail Relationship Manager. The manager will also collaborate with Major Account teams, Applications specialists and Commercial Technology teams to create added‑value opportunities.
