Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
Participate in the on-call roster with excellent OT/penalty rates
Perform preventative maintenance and servicing of refrigeration/HVAC assets
Carry out general repairs (doors, trims, frames, tiling, painting, etc.)
Record notes and photos using a company-supplied iPad
Accept and complete service calls from the internal customer service team
Travel to client sites including BWS, BP, hospitals, and more
