Responsible for “curb appeal” of our facility including highway signage.
Pull gas permits as required.
Maintain site equipment to the highest possible condition.
Work in accordance with the Gas Code and Plumbing Code.
Load and unload materials, and move materials to work areas.
Installing/repairing water lines, using hand tools such as pex cutters, drills, and screwdrivers.
Interacting with other departments to ensure the proper functioning of all systems on site.
Cleans and stores tools and equipment and cleans work sites.
Use forklift, floor jack or dolly to move larger fixtures and appliances into buildings.
Complying with all of company safety policies & procedures
Using crimping tools for water lines.
Installation/repairing/replacing of fixtures and appliances once the rough in is completed, including showers, toilets, urinals, sinks, hot water tanks, kitchen equipment, washer/dryers, dishwashers, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
Cleanliness and housekeeping of all areas inside and outside the facilities.
Effectively manage time and meet all necessary deadlines
Liaise with the Area Superintendent and Maintenance Planner to keep up to all maintenance issues and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Gas Fitter Technician certification.
