Your expertise will ensure bridge components are fabricated with precision, efficiency, and consistency. Operating and optimizing advanced fabrication equipment, you’ll play a key role in transforming engineering drawings into real-world structures.
- Maintain detailed material usage records and support workflow optimization
- Handle, move, and stage parts; remove and dispose of scrap material
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings to plan work sequences
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Program, set up, and operate fabrication equipment including CNC plasma cutters, Voortman, Wheelabrator, and Scotsman machines
- Coordinate with other departments to align on production needs and priorities

- 2+ years of experience in machine operation within manufacturing or fabrication
- Forklift and bridge crane operation experience required

- Ability to program and operate fabrication machinery confidently
