We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Grader Operator to join our established Civils team in Hazelmere, working on projects across the state. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-quality infrastructure while being compensated competitively.
The ideal candidate has intermediate experience operating graders in civil construction, roadworks, bulk earthworks or airports, and can read and interpret plans using LPS, UTS or GPS. A proactive attitude, ability to lead and work both independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills and a safety-focused mindset are essential. You must hold a current White Construction Card, HR licence and a valid driver’s licence, and be willing to operate other plant and labour as required.
