Willingness to train others or grow into leadership roles
Good communication skills, professionalism, and empathy with customers
Comfort working in challenging or hazardous environments with proper safety protocols
IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, Mold) are a big plus
Thrive under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
High character with a track record of reliability and teamwork
