Role
Description

Ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) meet project and quality standards.
Resolve quality issues and nonconformities through corrective measures.
Organize third-party and non-destructive testing (NDT) as required.
Promote quality awareness and conduct training workshops.
Support the approval and execution of the Quality Management Plan.
Control quality-related documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System.
Facilitate timely RFIs/TQs and submission of quality deliverables.
Align quality activities with construction schedules.
Provision of new build construction facilities
Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, QMS, and project-specific quality protocols.
Track deliverables including test reports, warranties, and certificates.
Conduct and supervise routine inspections, audits, and checks.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth transitions.
Assist in commissioning and handover strategies, including inspections and testing.
Perform audits on subcontractors and track corrective actions.
Construct and manage O&M manuals in line with contractual and regulatory standards.
Review method statements for quality and safety alignment.
Maintain accurate site records for project close-out and handover.
Compile and submit monthly progress reports to stakeholders.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of QMS management, commissioning, and documentation control.

Police Clearance
Australian Citizenship is required for this role
(5-10) experience in engineering and project delivery roles, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
Tertiary Qualification in Engineering - Civil/Mechanical/Electrical
Drivers Licence
Experience in Defence projects is desirable but not essential
