Represent comprehensive Talent & Development agenda / products to PPs / PXPs in APAC REMS, in partnership with the L&D Partner for REMS; bringing in T&D Product Owners as needed; this requires understanding of the comprehensive core suite of T&D products, including: L&D Nominations, Goal-setting and Year-end, Talent Review and Succession Planning, People Surveys, Mandatory Training Campaigns, and Coaching / Assessments / Mentoring.
Drive the execution of L&D priorities through strong project management and program management; Priorities include driving the uptake and the facilitation of Open Learn and brilliant leadership, understanding, and getting to know the APAC audience to maximize delivery benefits. Alongside definition and scope of incoming requests.
Manage annual L&D Nominations process for your organization, in partnership with Heads of Leadership Development and DEI.
Create and execute an annual L&D roadmap in alignment with the global REMS L&D Strategy; this will include L&D priorities for both the APAC Real Estate Management Services business and Global Real Estate Management Services Account Management.
Support the launch and maintenance of Real Estate Management Services Skills Academy, as a key member of the team driving the creation of development guides and skills assessments; lead the creation, development and maintenance of the learning hub (SharePoint).
Conduct biannual reviews of global Real Estate Management Services onboarding content to ensure programming is relevant. Serve as primary point of contact for Real Estate Management Services’ onboarding questions.
Develop and lead APAC Real Estate Management Services L&D Guild, a group of on-account L&D resources who meet monthly to share best practices, reduce duplication and leverage products from the center (T&D Products). Primary point of contact for those interested in L&D as a potential career opportunity.
Develop communication strategy for learning programming, including the creation/maintenance of business-facing learning hub(s) and a business-facing L&D calendar.
Design new learning products, as needed with leadership approval; Note: Existing T&D products are to be leveraged before initiating a new design; where products don’t exist, partner with relevant T&D Product Leads, if applicable.
Facilitate key training programs per the business line roadmap or ad hoc requests, as needed; leverage the open enrollment offerings and centralized facilitation team to the greatest extent possible before committing to facilitation.
Leverage data to tell effective stories about the business impact of the L&D agenda; formally prepare regular updates for your stakeholders with a strong narrative around the business impact of APAC REMS L&D initiatives.
