Key responsibilities include acquiring, organizing, reviewing and distributing project submittals and RFIs; creating and maintaining project logs and takeoffs; and communicating with owners and client representatives. The Engineer also maintains project budgets, prepares cost reports, schedules self‑perform and subcontractor work as well as supplier deliveries, and reads and interprets plans, specifications, safety rules and procedure manuals.
Webber is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The role supports the Project Manager and Project Superintendent through goal setting, planning, communication, organization, implementation and tracking, spending 20‑30% of the time in the field.
Candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline and preferably have three or more years of relevant experience. A moderate to high proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Primavera P6 is required.
