Define and manage standards for integration, data flow, security, and extensibility in an AI-enabled HR ecosystem
Contribute to tech due diligence, solution design, and change planning across pilot and scaled deployments
Monitor the external HR tech market to identify emerging AI vendors and best-in-class platforms
Work with ESE partners to prioritize PPL asks
Evaluate and recommend AI integrations across core HR platforms (e.g., Workday, Learning Systems, Recruiting Tools) and point solutions
Own and lead the development of the PPL AI Tech Stack Roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital strategy
Collaborate with product, engineering, IT, and vendor partners to assess build vs. buy options for new AI capabilities
Support development and implementation of LLM-based tools, Workday extensions, or agentic workflows where appropriate

Strong product thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or agent-based architecture in a corporate setting
Experience working in enterprise environments with complex HR tech stacks
10+ years of experience in HR technology, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation roles
Background in vendor evaluation or enterprise software implementation
Understanding of APIs, data architecture, system integration, and platform extensibility
